An unaffiliated man was arrested Monday in Mullins Library for trespassing, after being banned for harrassing a Muslim woman about her religion last month, said UAPD Lt. Gary Crain.

UAPD worked for several weeks to identify the man, and were eventually able to do so through photograph line-ups, Crain said.

Library workers called the police when they recognized the man, and officers reminded him he was not allowed. The man refused the request to leave, and was subsequently arrested.
