Penguin Ed’s Way out West offers a small yet substantial vegetarian menu for those who morally can’t eat meat, but relish the smell. As for Penguin Ed’s on Mission Boulevard, in addition to the vegetarian menu, this location merged with a bakery-café and now serves breakfast Wednesday to Sunday.
