UA Police Department Officers arrested three students and two non-affiliated people and received one report of rape between Jan. 17-21, according to the UAPD Daily Crime Log.

UA Police officers arrested two students Jan. 17 at the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity house on charges of criminal mischief and minors in possession of alcohol.

Officers arrested a student Jan. 17 in the Walton College of Business on a warrant for possessing visual or print medium depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child out of the North Little Rock Police Department.

Police arrested a non-affiliated person Jan. 19 in the Collendale Heights Apartments’ parking lot of 1775 W. Mitchell Street on charges of driving while intoxicated.

UA Police arrested a non-affiliated person Jan. 21 in Lot 38 on charges of driving while intoxicated.

UAPD received a report Jan. 22 of a rape in Yocum Hall on Jan. 21. The case is active.

A faculty member reported Jan. 21 that someone stole his bicycle from the rack of the north side of Bell Engineering Center. The case is active.

A staff member reported Jan. 22 that someone damaged two busses parked at the Razorback Transit Maintenance Facility parking lot. The case is active.

A faculty member reported Jan. 22 someone stole a desk from the Agriculture Annex building between Jan. 17-21. The case is active.

UAPD received no reports Jan. 18 and 20.
