Emergency Vehicles on Campus

Emergency vehicles from UAPD, Fayetteville Fire Department and Central EMS parked outside the Fine Arts Center on Aug. 27.

UPDATE 3:40 p.m.

Emergency medical technicians transported the female faculty or staff member to the hospital, UAPD Capt. Gary Crain said.

UAPD has no further information about the person, Crain said.

UAPD officers responded to a medical emergency Tuesday involving a UA faculty or staff member in the Fine Arts Center, UAPD Capt. Gary Crain said.

“The person was conscious and alert, but just needed some medical attention,” Crain said. 

UAPD received a call at 1:09 p.m. and officers were on the scene at 1:11 p.m., Crain said.
