A minor reported a sexual assault between acquaintances to University Police Department officers that occurred in Founders Hall Tuesday, July 9, according to the UAPD Daily Crime Log.

UAPD officers received the report Thursday at 5:14 p.m., according to the crime log. The person who reported the assault said it occurred between 1:40 and 2:04 a.m. Tuesday.

The people involved in the investigation are minors, Lt. Michael Oakes said.

The case is still active.

No other information was provided in the UAPD Daily Crime Log.

This is the first rape report UAPD has received during the summer session, according to the crime log.

Students can report a rape or sexual assault to UAPD by calling 911 or to Title IX by calling 479-575-7111.
