After winning their first road series since 2017, the 12th-ranked Razorbacks are out to prove that their high ranking is no fluke.
The Hogs are set for a three-game series at Baum-Walker Stadium, starting with a double-header against Stony Brook University.
The Razorbacks come off of a big road series win against the University of Southern California and a win against Memphis University at home.
The Razorbacks began their 14-game homestand Wednesday, beating the Memphis Tigers 10-3. Though it looked lopsided on the scoreboard, the Hogs trailed the Tigers for three innings before putting up a seven spot in the bottom of the fifth. The rally started with two outs, as junior infielder Jack Kenley, true freshman outfielder Christian Franklin and sophomore outfielder Heston Kjerstad all knocked in two runs in the inning. After the rally, the Hogs were able to coast to an easy win, as true freshmen arms Caden Monke, Jacob Burton, Evan Taylor and Liam Henry all pitched one inning.
