Breaking News

A student reported to Campus Security Authorities on Tuesday afternoon that an acquaintance raped them April 6 in an unknown UA parking lot, according the the UA Police Department Daily Crime Log.

Title IX officials plan to review the case, according to the crime log.

No other information was provided in the CSA report or the UAPD Daily Crime Log.

This is the seventh rape report UAPD has received in the 2018-19 academic year, according to the crime log.

Campus Security Authorities are UA faculty or staff that report information about crimes to UAPD for statistical purposes, but UAPD officers do not investigate these reports.

Students can report a rape or sexual assault to UAPD by calling 911 or to the UA Title IX coordinator by calling 479-575-7111.
